The Church of Saint Henry Faith Formation Ministry offers faith education that seeks to draw young people toward responsible Christian participation in life by teaching our Catholic tradition in a way that supports the individual and the family.

To aim to fulfill our vision and mission by setting youth on fire with the Holy Spirit, embracing the sacraments and Real Presence of Jesus in the Eucharist, fully using God's gifts to live and proclaim the gospel by word and deed.   • 2026-27 CGS Faith Formation

    Sep 16 – Apr 28

    Catechesis of the Good Shepherd Class for children ages 3 ½ (toilet trained) to 6 years old. Class times Wednesdays 10:00am to 11:30am or 5:45pm to 7:00pm.

    Religious Education for students in 1 st through 8 th grade. Grades 1-6 meet on Wednesdays from 5:45pm to 7:00pm. Grades 7 & 8 meet on Wednesdays from 7:15pm
    to 8:30pm.

    First year Confirmation preparation for students in 9th- 11 th grade. Class is on Wednesdays from 7:15pm to 8:30pm.

    Second year Confirmation preparation for students in 10 th -12 th grade. Class is on Wednesdays from 7:15 to 8:30pm.

  • 2026-27 First Sacraments Only for Grades 4-8

    Sep 16 – Apr 28

    For students in grades 4-8 who have not received First Reconciliation or First Communion. Meets Wednesdays from 4:40pm to 5:40pm and is taken in addition to the Faith Formation class for their grade.

    OCIC Religious Education for those students ages 7 or older who have not yet been baptized.

Enrollment Fees

Faith Formation & CGS Registration - Kick-off September 9th at 6:00pm

Early Bird Registration by June 30th: $50 per student 

Registration by August 15th: $65

Registration after August 15th: $80

Family Max: $300 for Combination of the following - CGS, Faith Formation, Confirmation, OCIC, 1st Sacraments

Faith Formation Additional Fees

2nd Grade and 3rd-8th Grade preparing for 1st Sacraments: $60/Student 1st Reconciliation/Communion Prep Fee

9th Grade Only: $50/Student Retreat Fee

10th Grade only: $175/Student Retreat Fee

Summer Camps

Extreme Faith Camp Camper (Grades 6-8): $560/Camper

Extreme Faith Camp Teen Leader: $520/Leader

VBS (Grades K-6): $30

Other Opportunities

Extreme Faith Day (Middle School Retreat): $25
